Overview

This Administrator's Guide covers installation instructions and other administrative features and functions (where relevant) that are available within the Smart Queues for Jira Service Management app. 

For additional information on using this app, please refer to the User's Guide.

Product Installation

  1. As a Jira Admin, browse to "Jira Settings" → "Add-ons" → "Manage add-ons"

  2. Click "Upload add-on" and enter the following url:
